Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Maps Flowers!

We offer exchanges within the first 2 days of your purchase. If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, no exchange of any kind will be offered. We do not provide refunds — only exchanges.

Exchange Eligibility

• • Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• • The item must be in its original packaging.
• • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• • Only regular-priced items may be exchanged; sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at bryant.coronado@laverne.edu.

Shipping

Exchanges are processed only at the store where you originally purchased the item.
