Deleting your Maps Flowers account

You can delete your account yourself, or ask us to do it for you.

If you can sign in

Open My Account and choose “Delete my account”. It happens straight away.

If you can’t sign in

Email us at davidg@mapsflowerslr.com from the address on your account, or call (214) 856-2679. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in
Your name, email address and phone number
Your profile photo and preferred store
The copy of your details held by Klaviyo, the service that sends our review emails

What we keep, and why

We keep a record of orders you have placed for 7 years, because sales records must be retained for tax purposes. They are detached from your account and are not used to contact you.
