Ordering
What types of flowers and bouquets do you offer?
Roses (24, 50 and 100, in the colour you choose), sunflowers, mixed bouquets of roses and sunflowers, giant buchon bouquets (200 to 400 roses), funeral crosses and wreaths, and wedding and event flowers. We also have lilies: call us at (833) 627-7356 to check they're available.
Can I customize my bouquet?
Absolutely. Tell us your preferred colours, flowers, budget and occasion, and our florists will design something to match or show you similar options.
Can I request a certain colour?
Yes! Choose the colour when you order, or call us for special requests.
What if I don't know which flowers they like?
No problem. Our team can help you choose based on the occasion, your budget and the colours or style you like.
Can I add a teddy bear, decorations or a card?
Yes! Add a vase, a small, medium or large bear, a crown, decorative diamonds or butterflies. A message card is free.
What information do I need to place an order?
For delivery: the recipient's name, address and phone number, the bouquet, the delivery date and time block, and your card message or delivery notes. For pickup: your name and phone number, the bouquet, and the shop, date and time. We'll let you know when a pickup is ready.
Can I update my order?
Yes! Call us at (833) 627-7356 and we'll update your bouquet, card message or delivery details for you.
Delivery & pickup
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Order by 7 PM and we deliver today, in the time block you choose.
What areas do you deliver to?
The Houston, Dallas and Memphis areas. Enter the recipient's address at checkout to see delivery options. Each shop page lists the cities we deliver to most.
How much is delivery?
Delivery starts at $20 and depends on the distance from the shop. The exact fee shows at checkout before you pay.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. At checkout, pick one of our delivery blocks: 10 AM–1 PM, 1 PM–4 PM, 4 PM–7 PM or 7 PM–9 PM.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, at any of our three shops, free. Choose pickup at checkout or call us. Orders are ready in about 30 minutes, from 9:30 AM to 10 PM.
How do I know my flowers were delivered?
Use Track Order on our website to check your order status. We may also send updates to the contact details on your order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Online: credit or debit card, or PayPal. At the shop: cash, Visa or Mastercard, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.

Where are you located?
We have three shops. Houston: 3328 Berkley St, Houston, TX 77017. Dallas: 3534 Meyers St, Dallas, TX 75215. Memphis: 830 Colonial Rd, Memphis, TN 38117.
What are your hours?
Every day, 9 AM to 10 PM. You can order on our website any time.
Is there parking?
Yes. There's free parking at the shop and free street parking nearby.

Events & care
Do you do flowers for weddings and events?
Yes: bridal bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arrangements and more. Book as early as you can. See our Weddings & Events page.
How long do the flowers last, and how do I keep them fresh?
With care, most bouquets last 5–10 days. Trim the stems at an angle, use clean water and the flower food, change the water every 1–2 days, and keep them away from sun, heat and ripening fruit.
